New repairs survey
We are telephoning one in 10 residents who have had a repair carried out in their home to find out how satisfied they are with the work.
We will be asking whether you are satisfied or dissatisfied with the work and inviting you to tell us the reason for your answer. And if you tell us you are not happy we will work to resolve your dissatisfaction.
We hope you will take part in the survey if contacted because your views will help us to shape and improve the way we do things.
